HAS MY ORDER BEEN RECEIVED?
Once you order has come through our fancy pants system, you will receive an email. That email is your order confirmation. If you didn't get it, just take a look at your junk mail, just in case. Don't worry, we won't be offended.
If it's still not there, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with:
- The date you made the purchase
- What you purchased
- The name on the credit card you used to make your purchase

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Once it’s been shipped we’ll send you an email with tracking details. If you’re still unsure, contact us and we’ll let you know where it’s at. Or just wait by the front door, it’ll come.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
It's cheaper than a cocktail. Free shipping anywhere in Australia. How good is that?!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Major Australian Capital cities: allow 4-7 working days.
Regional Australian cities: allow 7-12 working days.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and signature.
For an additional fee, express shipping can be organised, just select this option at checkout.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Sure do. There will be an additional postage cost for shipping outside of Australia.

THE GOODIES ARE FAULTY. WHAT DO I DO?
Oh no, dahling. We don't like the sound of that. If something is faulty, let us know within 7 days of receiving your orders and we’ll be in touch ASAP.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
If you're not happy, we're not happy. So just contact us within 5 days of getting your order to arrange a refund or exchange (excluding postage). You’ll just need to cover the cost of return postage.
Make sure your items are unwashed, unused and in its original packaging with tags intact, and just make sure they get back to us within 10 days.
While we all love a sale, unfortunately we don't offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items. Dahla also doesn't offer refunds on items that have apparently gone missing when our postman, woman or stork are able to provide evidence they’ve been ‘delivered’.
CAN I PAY YOU IN WINE?
No, unfortunately. But we do accept actual money via Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
MY TOWELS ARE SO PRETTY, HOW DO I KEEP THEM THIS WAY?
Give them a warm machine wash in 40 degrees. Keep the bleach and fabric softeners away from them. Straighten them up with a warm iron. Be sure to wash darks separately. Zigfred hates it when his good looks get roughed up.
HOW DO I KEEP THEM ALL FLUFFY?
Rub them up the right way in the tumble dryer. Just remember that cotton is a natural fibre so it will release some lint after washing and drying. This will get less and less as time goes on.
FINALLY, WHAT IS VELOUR?
It's a process really. When a towel is made on a towel loom, there are terry loops on both sides of the towel. If you shave the top of the loops off one side you create a soft velvety finish on the towel. You cannot ‘velour’ both sides of the towel. This is the bit that you lie on.
